Answer: Apply for a week tryout. by clicking on the button below. After the week, if it is the right fit for both parties, we will present you with a couple of options to continue.





Question: Why are boot camps so early in the morning?
Answer: Early morning sessions allows busy people to exercise before the demands of career and family take over.
Question: What makes Express Fitness Camps unique?

Question: Is your boot camp like military boot camps?
Answer: Boot camps are not a walk in the park but we have had all ages from low 20s to over 60 do Express Fitness Camps. There is not going to be any military guy/gal yelling and breaking you down. Instead Express Fitness Camps are challenging with positive reinforcement given. Express Camps are about building a person up physically, psychologically, and socially. Question: What is the mission and philosophy of Express Fitness Camps?
Answer: There are 5 basic principles ingrained into Express Fitness Camps:
1. Honesty
It is important that we tell you the truth with fat loss; what works and does not. For example, can you lose weight through long duration cardio and eating less. The answer is yes but is it the best way? No it is not. Sometimes honesty can suck but the truth is that we want you to succeed and we will be honest with what it takes and how to go about losing fat for life.
2. Intense Focused Work (Quality not Quantity)
It is becoming more apparent that there is no magic solution out there. If it works short term that does not mean it is going to work long term.
